All our valves are designed internally for better durability and serviceability. Our in-house design department gives us an edge over peers by enabling quick technical amendments as required. Our experienced design team focuses on developing reliable and efficient mechanical power transmission components with improved functionality, durability, and industrial performance.

Machine Shop

Machine Shop

Our machine shop is equipped with 5 lathe machines, 2 CNC machines, and 1 pillar drill machine for precision machining operations. All valve body castings are machined in-house after design to ensure better accuracy and quality. With advanced machining capabilities, we deliver dimensional precision, smooth finishing, and consistent product performance for industrial applications.

Assembly Shop

Assembly Shop

All valves are assembled manually as per standard assembly procedures. Our systematic assembly process ensures proper fitting, smooth functionality, and reliable operational performance suitable for industrial applications.

Testing Bench

Testing Bench

All valves are tested for leakages as per standard guidelines. Valve seat testing is conducted at 7 Kg/cm² and shell testing at 22 Kg/cm². Our strict testing and inspection procedures ensure every product meets quality standards and performs reliably in demanding working conditions.

Laser Marking

Laser Marking

After successful testing, each valve is marked with a unique serial number using laser marking. This identification system ensures proper traceability, quality tracking, and organized product management throughout the manufacturing process.

Stores Area

Stores Area

Our stores area is systematically organized with separate storage sections for different material grades including Level 0 – CF8 / SS304 Store, Level 0 – WCB Store, and Level 1 – CF8M / SS316 Store.

Proper material management and organized storage help us maintain smooth production flow, efficient inventory control, and easy traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
